Delivery times vary based on your location. Here’s what to expect:

• Metro Areas: 3–5 business days

• Regional Areas: 3–6 business days

Please Note: Some oversized items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so it’s best to use a standard address if possible.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Most of our products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you’re not fully satisfied, just reach out to us through your MyDeal Account to start a return. Once we receive and review the item, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

A Few Things to Note:

• You’ll need to cover the return postage.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

• For peace of mind, we recommend using tracking and/or insurance, as we can’t take responsibility until items arrive at our warehouse.

• Some returns may have additional fees.

Warranty Claims

Most of our products include a 12-month warranty for any manufacturer defects. Some products may have a different warranty period—just check the product description for details. If something goes wrong, contact us through your MyDeal Account, and we’ll get the warranty process started for you.
