Warranty:
· Evolution Gear Products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty
· Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced in accordance with the Brand/Company Manufacturer's Warranty.
· If the purchased item is faulty, damaged or defective in its manufacture, Evolution Gear will exchange it for another item and will pay for all postage costs within Australia related to the faulty item.
Returns & Exchanges:
· Should you change your mind or the item you have ordered is not suitable, Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. All return and or exchange requests for products from Evolution Gear must be approved before the return of the item.
· Evolution Gear will only exchange merchandise with the original receipt/Invoice of purchase.
· Merchandise will only be refunded and or exchanged only if original tags are attached to the original packaging and the product has not been used.
· Merchandise must be returned to Evolution Gear within 30 days upon the date of receipt of your purchased product or your return request is approved.
· Refunds will be only applied to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
· Shipping costs will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping.
· Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes, sizing problems, or change of mind.
· If the style or model being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
· Washing, care and handling instructions must followed as Evolution Gear does not give returns or exchanges for not following the washing, care and handling instructions of the product.
