These blinds are quality. Each bamboo bead is polished and the end design is si lovely. There is weight to these beaded blinds, I am so very happy for having them. At first I thought they were expensive but upon receiving them I paid for quality.

Had previously purchased one of these blinds and loved it so much that I purchased another for another entrance from my walk in robe. Allows light into a dark space but allows for privacy at the same time. Laying in bed I don't see the clothes hanging in the robe.

Love this bamboo screen, perfect for an open doorway to master bedroom walk in robe, to give a little privacy and screen hanging clothing. So good that I will order another for another area that needs a similar light screen.

If the product is damaged during transport upon delivery or prove to be a faulty product, customer will be qualified for a free return within 7 days after receiving the product. Photo evidence will be required for the free return.
The guarantees that apply to products include:
The guarantee of acceptable quality, fit and finish
The guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose
The guarantee of match with description
The guarantee in relation to repairs and spare parts
Customer rights when a seller product fails to meet a consumer guarantee
If a product we sell fails to meet one or more of the above guarantees, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If there is a major failure with a product, a consumer has the right to choose whether they would like a repair, replacement or refund. If the customer does not reject the products and elects to keep it, they have a right to a partial refund for the reduction in value of the products caused by the failure.

The products are substantially unfit for their usual purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time; or

If the failure to meet a guarantee is not a major failure, but nevertheless does not comply with the consumer guarantees, seller can choose to offer a repair, replacement or refund.
