Standard Delivery Lead Time:

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. The delivery lead time is as follows:

• NSW: 1-3 Business Days

• VIC: 2-5 Business Days

• QLD, SA: 3-5 Business Days

• WA, NT: 5-10 Business Days

Please note, the estimated delivery lead time may vary depending on your location.

PO Box Addresses and Parcel Lockers:

Please note that we don't deliver to PO-box addresses or parcel lockers. PO boxes are only accepted for sample purchases only.

Delivery Methods:

Our carriers, AusPost and Startrack Express, deliver from Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm. Deliveries are un-timed but we can generally indicate the day of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries or issues that are out of our control.

Redelivery Fees:

If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply. If info changes, the customer must contact the courier directly.

Free Delivery:

Free Delivery is available for Orders Over $695 in NSW, ACT, and VIC. However, Fixed charges apply for orders over $695 shipped to NT and WA (fixed charge of $195), and QLD, SA, and TAS (fixed charge of $95).

Orders below $695 will incur additional shipping costs that will be calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

Tracking Your Order:

Tracking information will be sent via email once an order has been shipped. For more information on the shipment, please contact the courier first.

If you have any questions about delivery times or charges, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Change of Mind Returns:

At Evergreen Walls, we aim for total customer satisfaction. You may return any items you are not completely happy with within 7 working days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• We do not assume responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse. Thus, using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery is strongly recommended.

• If you wish to return only a portion of your order or if a mistake has been made on your end, additional fees including shipping costs and a 10% handling fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty Claims:

Our panels are covered by a minimum 4 year warranty, protecting against fading and cracking. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, abuse, mishandling, alterations, or improper installation.

It's important to note that warranty claims are only valid if the product is installed in accordance with Evergreen Walls' guidelines and instructions.

Please contact us via your MyDeal Account if a product issue arises during the warranty period in order to raise a claim.

Damaged Goods:

Please inspect all goods on arrival. If you find any items to be damaged, sign the delivery note as "item damaged". You will be provided a return note to complete and we will arrange free collection.
