• All orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day.

• Metro: 2-4 business days
• Regional: 2-8 business days

The shipping times are provided as a guide only. Please refer to the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au for the latest delivery updates and estimates. 

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Returns:

We want you to feel good about your purchase and with us every step along the way to be everything it was meant to be. If you don't love our creations, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original packaging. No questions ask! 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)

Contact us with your order number, and we will provide a return delivery address.

You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault on our end. We do not accept responsibility for the return items until they reach us, so we strongly recommend using tracking for the delivery. 

Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days.  

Warranty:

Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period. Please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
