If you discover your order is incorrect please contact us by email with photos of the wrong product.

• EXCHANGE:

We exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us. We will process the free exchange.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

If you are not completely happy with your order you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement, within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email. 

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
