1) All products are shipped through Australian Post.

2) All products ordered before 1pm AEST will be shipped the same day

3) Shipping times is 1-5 working days depending on location (please refer to Australian Post)

All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.

The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of the product.

We offer a 30 days ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Incorrect Purchase’ return requests on products that are unused, unopened and the tamper seal, if present, is not broken; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject these return requests as abided by Australian Consumer Law.

For orders where tracking shows that attempted delivery was unsuccessful and the parcel is subsequently returned to sender, we will charge a re-delivery fee to re-deliver, or a restocking fee if the customer elects to cancel the order.

All DOA claims would be assessed on case by case bases. Please contact us ASAP for any claims or enquires.
No refund or replacement will be issued until we have received and assessed the returned product, and the fault has been confirmed.
