Delivery charges are based on the dimensions, weight and destination. We work with various freight companies and couriers and automatically review the most cost effective shipping & handling rates to our customers for each & every order.
Minimum Delivery & Handling Charge for all orders is $6.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, within 1-2 Business Days.
Please consider delays during peak periods, public holidays, extreme weather conditions or any courier related complications out of Pack My Product's control. For all outer suburb and country area's expected additional delivery time based on distance from nearest capital city.

Once an order is processed and dispatched, an email that includes tracking information will be sent to you.
Missing Products or Short Shipped
We have an efficient picking and packing process in the Distribution Centre however occasionally errors can still occur. If you are missing a product, please advise us as soon as possible ideally within 7 days. Please contact us here and ensure to include images of what was received and a detailed description of products missing.
