Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows for exchange or refund of purchase for up to 14 days, except when it is due to change of mind, or is a result of purchasers error.

If Designer Plants make an error and deliver the wrong item, we will cover the return freight back to us, and the freight to deliver the correct item.

This policy only applies to the hedges, green walls and vertical gardens.

Warranty Policy- Artificial Green Wall and Hedge Guarantee Only

Unlike our competitors, we have UV resistant hedges. Our UV range is backed by our 5 year fading and cracking guarantee. We insert high quality UV protection into our plastics used for hedges, green walls and vertical gardens.
