Change of Mind Returns:

At Deewal, we want you to love our herbal hair and skin care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and warranty policy below.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Postage is paid by the customer

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

  • Fees may apply

Warranty Claims:

  • As our products are herbal and cosmetic in nature, they do not come with a standard warranty.

  • However, we stand by the quality of our products and encourage customers to reach out with any concerns regarding product effectiveness or safety.
