CGG will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

Change of mind returns:

- returned within 14 days of receiving order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

- must be unused.

- We will accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

Return shipping costs will be covered by buyer for change of mind returns.

Faulty/Damaged items:

- For faulty, damaged, not working or missing part item, the contents received may or may not be required to be returned back for a resolution.

- Please inform us at your earliest so we can arrange a return.

- If an item is required is be returned back, A resolution will only be provided after we have received and inspected the goods.

- If the items is broken or faulty on arrival it must be not used and buyer is required to inform us at earliest.

Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.
