Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) for New Zealand orders and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for Australian orders. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. Central Goods will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We will send you a paid postage return slip to post at your local Australia Post or Australia Post Box
3. You will be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received.
Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Central Goods within 30 days.
