Our owner and founder, Ralph, has been involved in boxing for 27 years, from training as a teenager to sparring, from coaching to owning a gym. Five years ago, he started Boxing Gloves Online offering gears and gloves boxing enthusiasts need for their training. After success providing boxing gear – from training gloves, bag gloves, sparring gloves, and everything in between – we expanded to incorporate the growing interest and demand with Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Availability of Products All products are displayed with the intention to supply. If there is a stock shortage beyond our control, Boxing Gloves Online offers our sincerest apologies and will we endeavour to fill the order as soon as possible. All product(s) are not held in stock and are ordered in to fill our customer’s orders. Please allow 10 days from the time of your order for goods to be shipped. All customers will be sent an email at time of dispatch with a tracking number. Customer’s will be notified if the product(s) they have ordered is currently out of stock and a back-order system will be implemented, unless you advise otherwise. The customer is entitled, until time of dispatch, to cancel their order.

Shipping and delivery Some product(s) ordered from overseas may take 15 days to arrive to us before dispatching to our customers. Shipping costs are based on a Fixed Rate price and we endeavour to charge only the minimum cost for shipping. Please check individual products for shipping cost as Bulk or Heavy items may cost more. The processing of orders and deliveries is conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service. Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Bulk and Heavy surcharge items Heavy surcharge items that require specific packaging are excluded from our free shipping options and will cost more than the standard shipping cost. This will be calculated at the time ordered, but if the address is outside metro areas there might be an extra surcharge.

Tracking your order You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves  our stores and is on its way to you – we will send you the tracking in an email. If you have placed an order where your items are being sent from multiple locations, you will receive multiple emails with different tracking details and your items may be delivered on different days. Remember to track each parcel separately for accurate delivery updates.

Returns

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers.

EXCHANGE

For exchange of items, a pre-paid self addressed satchel large enough to fit the new items MUST be included or additional postage costs will be charged. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage both ways for any exchange unless an incorrect product has been received.

A note detailing return/exchange request details must be provided with the items for a fast turnaround.
