Purchase the vaccum last week but am shock everything was going well last night I just thought to clean the brush but unfortunately they gave me a refurbished vaccum the brush inside was sticked with glue I need a replacement

Great price and product. Black and Decker never fails to produce reliable long lasting power tools. I bought my first Black and Decker power tool more than 40 years ago and it is still in good working order. Glad to see that we can still purchase their power tools are various instore and online stores.

We deliver to Australian street addresses using AusPost E-Parcel/StarTrack Services. Orders will generally ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
Delivery to some regional areas may take longer. If there is no one home to sign for the item a calling card will be left to arrange to pick it up from your local post office

BLACK+DECKER warrants products for two (2) years against any defects in material or workmanship. The defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways.
The first option, which will result in exchanges, only, is to return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for their specific return policy regarding returns that are beyond the time set for exchanges.
The second option, is to send the complete unit (prepaid) to a BLACK+DECKER owned or BLACK+DECKER/DEWALT authorized Service Center for repair or replacement at our option. Proof of purchase may be required.
We will repair, without charge, any defect due to faulty material or workmanship.
Please note BLACK+DECKER warranties do not extend to and no reseller is authorized to extend such warranties to any consumer, without the express approval of BLACK+DECKER.
These warranties do not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by non-approved personnel other than BLACK+DECKER and its Authorized Service Centers.
This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other statutory rights which vary from state to state or province to province. To the extent permitted by law, BLACK+DECKER shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit).
