Standard Shipping The order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Standard Shipping costs As per Australia Post Shipping prices for package weight and size. (c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. (d) Products may be delivered in separate shipments. (e) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date: (i) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier. (ii) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. (f) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. 5. Tracking Options Beta Brands aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
30-Day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Any items returned that are not damaged or have issues will incur a freight + restocking fee of AUD $75.
To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should the item be damaged or have issues, the local supplier will cover the cost of returning your the items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
