We take pride in working with established and ethical manufacturers; using highest of quality materials. However if you are not satisfied with your product, please read the information below regarding details surrounding our warranty against defects. This warranty is extended to original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied. This warranty applies in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
All products, excluding sale items, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
As soon as you notice any defects within the abovementioned warranty period, please stop using the product and email us with details of the defect and pictures of the product showing the defect.
If we agree that the products are defective, then at our discretion, we will organise a refund, repair or replacement (whichever we think is most appropriate in the circumstances) and will cover associated postage costs (including for you to return the product to us to our address set out in the Our Contact Details section below).
CLAIMS COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Defective snaps, zippers and closures
Substantive flaws in fabric and stitching
PUL delamination or disintegration.
CLAIMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (NOT LIMITED TO):
Shrinkage in natural fibres (organic hemp/bamboo-cotton will shrink: read product descriptions for more information)
PUL delamination or disintegration from high temperature washing, being left in the sun for extended periods of time, tumble drying which does not comply with the care label, or being kept wet for extended periods of time
Damage to inserts from non-compliance with care labels, and use of nappy barrier cream, fabric softeners, bleach, or detergents containing whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, or vinegar.
Any type of modification such as cutting, stitching, removing aspects, or attaching or incorporating it into any other item etc. (including the care label)
Ordinary wear and tear
Snags to fabric
Fading caused by non-compliance with care labels or being left in the sun for extended periods of time
Pilling
Any claim arising in relation to a product which is sold ‘one size’ and which is not an exact fit for a person falling within the specified weight range, except where the product does not fit at all. ‘One size’ products are designed to fit multiple sizes within the weight range, creating varied fit results
Any claim arising in relation to a product where the purchase was not made directly through our site, a verified retailer or stockist of ours (Eg the product was purchased on the second-hand market.), except for where we have manufactured the products ourselves.
Where the product has been thrown away, destroyed, lost, or damaged through no fault of ours
Where the product has been misused, abused, or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you need to make a claim under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to any of our products, please contact us and provide details, along with any relevant pictures and proof of purchase so that we can investigate further.
RETURNS:
We really hope your experience with us is pleasant and will do our best to ensure a smooth process from start to completion of your order with us.
The following reasonable conditions apply to our Returns Policy. These conditions do not restrict the rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law:
For order errors, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide details of your order and any relevant pictures to demonstrate the order error.
For manufacturing faults, please email us within the warranty period set out above and provide any relevant pictures to demonstrate the manufacturing fault, along with proof of purchase.
For order errors, the products must be returned in any original packaging, be undamaged & in unused condition.
If we have made a mistake with your order or the products are faulty then we will cover associated postage costs (including for you to return the product to us to our address set out in the Our Contact Details section below).
Where we agree to provide a refund, these will be made payable to the same payment type the original order was made through (that is, if you pay by credit card, the refund will be paid back to that same credit card). Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to complete.
We cannot offer a replacement or exchange on SALE items, or discontinued products, however other options will be made available to you.
Please understand we do not accept returns for products purely due to change of mind, where you or your child simply do not like the product, or where the product does not meet your specific expectations (provided our description of the product is accurate).
Please understand we do not provide refunds for purchases made externally through a retailer or stockist, although other options will be made available to you. If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase made externally, you must communicate directly with the business who supplied the product to you.
Where products are sold as ‘one size’, the products are designed to cater to a variety of sizes. This means the product may not be an exact fit for your child. We do not provide returns or refunds for ‘one size’ products which are not an exact fit for a child in the specified weight range, except where the product does not fit at all.
Please note: If you are applying for a replacement or return, our customer care team will email you the relevant return forms. This needs to be completed with tracking details sent to our care team within 7 days. Alternatively, if this time frame can not be met, you need to advise our team to avoid the return being revoked.
SIZING/FIT SUITABILITY:
Many of our products are designed to cover broad ranges of ages and weights in single sizes (Eg One-Size Fits Most Nappies), resulting in potentially different experiences for every user of the garment. Our one-size products are designed to fit most shapes and sizes within the specified weight range. Varied shapes and sizes can create varied fit results.

INCORRECT SIZE PURCHASED:
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. For all of our products designed to be worn, please take careful note of the precise measurements, mainly shown in centimetres (CM). As part of our company policy, we will not be able to accept returns or provide refunds for products which are the wrong size, except where they have been described incorrectly.
