The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
It is in resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If we assist with return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund (varies by product).
Refunds:
For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the product price minus the return shipping cost (if occured) once the item is received and inspected at our Melbourne warehouse.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a full resolution within a reasonable timeframe, which may include:

We will cover all costs including return shipping if the issue is verified and falls under warranty or consumer law.

For faulty or damaged items:
Please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the issue. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned for a refund, replacement, or repair within a reasonable timeframe, as guided by Australian Consumer Law.
If the item has a major fault and a replacement cannot be provided, we will offer a refund in accordance with ACL.
