It is our aim that every item arrives in perfect condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a free return or ship you a replacement. if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first. We can arrange the return of the item, with the return postage cost both way and 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
