We offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand on orders over $149. For purchases less than $149 shipping costs apply.

• Orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier and may require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

• Envelope shipping does not include tracking.

• Samples: We offer a variety of sample products so you can try before committing to a full-size purchase. Returns are not accepted for incorrect colour choices, product selection, or change of mind.

• Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will guide you through the return process. Returns must be requested within 30 days and the item must be unused. For hygiene reasons, only faulty products can be returned.

• Refills & Samples: These products cannot be returned.

• Hygiene Practices: ADORN is not responsible for products that spoil due to improper hygiene or cleaning, as outlined in the "How to Use" section on the product page.

• Used Products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used more than halfway.
