Warnings

Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs, do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin.

Directions

Place in your shoe under the ball of your foot.

- Identify left and right foot symbols on each cushion.
- Trial placement in the shoe before removing the protective film.
- Ensure the cushion sits under the ball of foot with the priority end facing the heel.
- Peel protective film off cushions and apply to the shoe sticky side down.
- Reposition if required, ensuring the cushions are in the same position in each shoe.
- Take care when removing, pull slowly and gently out of the shoe, applying pressure to the shoe insole next to the cushion with the other hand.
- Replace after 6 months or first signs of wear.

Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.

Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.

Parcels will be dispatched after 2 to 3 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.
