All items are dispatched via Sendle from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note, remote areas may experience longer delivery times. If provided, use the tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, items must be in their original, unused condition within 30 days upon receiving the items. The customer may be responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:

The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.

If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.

Please note: we recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.

Please note: a prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.

Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:

A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.
A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organise a return label.
