Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

The earbuds are exactly what is described, value for money

Great bass, and great sounding compared to the other Samsung earbuds I have. Only issue is it’s impossible to update the firmware through the app currently, thus sound cannot be auto set to a single earbud (it always comes through both).
