We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We ship all our items with Australia Post from our Sydney based warehouse. Standard shipping usually delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to higher volumes. But we’re pretty good at what we do here, and 99% of orders are shipped on the next business day from order.
Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:
2-6 business days - NSW, VIC, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*
Of course, if your item is faulty, we are here to assist you and make sure you are looked after. The first step is to arrange a Return Request. If you have an issue, please be in touch with us and we will initiate a returns process with you.
Importantly, when purchasing from us, please make sure you buy what you are after and only hit the order button if you are sure that is the item you are after. At our discretion, we may offer a refund for change-of-mind orders, provided that the item in question is:
Returned to us within 14 days of order;
The item has not been opened (and therefore not used), is still sealed in its original packaging; and
Not damaged in any way.
Where an item is allowed to be returned for change of mind, it will incur a re-stocking fee. If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process.
