Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cybertake. We are committed to providing you the best shipping experience. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

·       All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

·       Estimated delivery time vary by location:

·       Victoria (Melbourne):3 Business Days

·       Queensland (Brisbane):1-2 Business Day

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery to non-metropolitan and regional areas. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact us.

 

Shipment Carriers

Order are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse using TOLL or Australia Post.

 

Shipping Information

Please ensure all the shipping information provided is correct. We are not responsible for losses, including:

-        Other losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Note: We do not ship to a P.O. Box, Parcel Collect locations or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Cybertake Support within 3 business days.

While Cybertake is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in contacting the carrier. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, as these may be required for filling a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy

 

Ineligible Items for Returns

  • Refurbished products and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns but may qualify for warranty service.

  • Used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Machines with incidental or consequential damages are not eligible for returns but may qualify for paid maintenance services.

  • Opened items (without original packaging)

 

Eligible Returns

 

Complete & unused items in original packaging:

Product must be completeunused, and in their original packing.  Return can only be considered within 30 days of receiving them. We will refuse returns if you do not keep the original packing.

Opened items (with original packaging):

Product must be complete and repackaged with the original packaging. Our team will assess the condition of the items when it arrives back at our Warehouse prior processing the refund.

 

Quality Issues

For issues related to product quality, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Return Requests After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you must accept the package before initiating a return. Contact Cybertake Support for return instructions. Double shipping fees may be deducted from your refund if you reject a shipment.

 

Intentional Modifications

Products with cosmetic alterations or modifications that impact resale, refurbishment, or usability will void the terms of the return policy.

 

Return & Refund Process

 

Step 1 – Contact Support

Email Cybertake Support at with proof of purchase (e.g., invoice number) and reason for return.

 

Step 2 - Confirmation

Our team will respond within 48 hours to review and confirm your request.

 

Step 3 – Return Authorisation

Once approved, you will receive a return label and packaging instructions from us via email. Please return all attachments back to us in the Cybertake original package with the protective foam. The return shipping fee will be at your expense (refer to the detailed fees below).

 

Step 4 – Refund Processing


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is complete. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us.

 

 

Note:

-       Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the return label.

-       Ensure all components are returned in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. Deductions may be made from your refund for any damages. Cybertake may deduct from your refund if the returned product is damaged upon return.

 

Return Shipping Cost

The return shipping fee includes handling charges and is deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policy for Cybertake Products

 

1. Warranty Coverage
Cybertake provides the following warranty coverage for its products:

  • General Products: A limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Compressor Components: A 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the compressor system.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Cybertake or authorised dealers and is valid only for the original purchaser.


2. Warranty Process

  • Initiating a Claim:
    If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our support team. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to assist you.

  • Product Return:
    If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may request that you return the product for further inspection. In such cases, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  • Repair or Replacement:
    Upon receiving and inspecting the product, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or component at no additional cost. The replacement product or component will be of equal or comparable value and will be covered under the original warranty period.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Warranty Period:
    For products under warranty, Cybertake will cover both outbound and return shipping fees. If the returned product is found not to have the reported defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Outside Warranty Period:
    If the product is outside the warranty period, you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.


4. Repair Fees

  • Within Warranty Period:
    Necessary repairs for confirmed manufacturing defects will be covered by Cybertake.

  • Outside Warranty Period:
    For products outside the warranty period, repair costs, including parts, labour, and shipping, will be your responsibility. Repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis as following categories:

a.     Spare parts cost: the same part replaced in different repair cases may be quoted different price due to phase or cost of production. Repair center just provides module level repair, but not electronic component level repair, so the quotation price is based on module level.

b.     Labour cost: necessary direct and indirect labour cost, may vary according to labour force market.

c.     Logistics cost: logistics cost is based on the weight, volume and location of the product. Below logistics cost can be referenced.

Cybertake will not start repairing without your consent with the offered repair quotation. If you disagree with the repair quotation, Cybertake will return your product to you and you may be required to burden the cost of return shipping cost.

 


5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, disassembly, or use not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or operation not in accordance with official instructions.

  • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external events such as accidents, abuse, or natural disasters.

  • Products with a missing or altered serial number.

  • Unable to provide proof of purchase and relevant documents, or unable to prove that the product is within the warranty period.

  • Damage caused by repairs by persons or institutions not authorised by Cybertake.

  • Natural damages to the surface of the product (abrasions, scratches, etc.) that do not affect its functionality and normal usage.
