Returns are accepted 14 days after receipt of your order.
1. Factory Fault? Full Refund or replacement offered if Item is faulty. Original label and packaging must be kept.
2. Item Damaged in Transit? Original label and packaging must be kept to for replacement / insurance claim.
3. Change of mind or purchased the wrong product - Buyer Pays return Postage, Products must be received in a saleable condition and have all original packaging. A partial refund will be provided which is the cost of purchase less the cost of our shipping cost. Please take these costs into consideration.
4. If an order is returned to sender (RTS) due to either specifying the wrong delivery address or not collecting in time from the post office/collection point a refund for the order less our cost to ship will be applied. Otherwise shipping will need to be charged to resend any returned packages.
All returns need to be approved prior to returning.
