Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Great comfortable pillows. Bought to upgrade a holiday rental property. Better than flat ones. Only downside was no stamped date to know when to refresh.

Extremely soft, unfortunately no neck support at all. If you love a very soft pillow, these will be a great choice.

Great pillows for medium loft, very soft and fluffy. I waited 36hrs after opening the vacuum sealed packaging to allow them to regain their shape and loft before trying them, first impression is very good for the price. The covers have zippers that open to the fill, so they could potentially be topped up if they do go flat. They are exactly as pictured and although medium loft and soft, they completely fill my standard size pillow protectors and cases. There was initially an issue with shipping and after I reached out, the seller rectified same within a matter of hours. I am impressed with the service, thank you.
