How to use chain lube on your road bike or mountain bike? 

Step 1: Shake the bottle well before use
Step 2: Apply a generous amount of the lube on to the chain at the cassette. 
Step 3: Freewheel the chain (backwards) for at least 5 seconds 
Step 4: Clean the chain with a microfiber cloth to get rid of the excess lube. 

Pro Tips: 
Don't treat the rock n roll gold chain like you would oil. The difference in the viscosity of lube and oil, means both products have different usage specifications. 

Follow the instructions mentioned above. 

The lube can be used to remove debris from the chain, so when you are on step 4 of the process, wipe off all the product, to clean the chain completely and wipe off as much product as you possibly can.
