Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Well as usual the item was delivered in a speedy fashion. I have only tried one test happy with result. To be honest, what appealed to me was the fact the product was Australian made, however there was some parts indicating made in china this concerned me given their reputation

Great product, easy to use. Sent promptly, although it took Australia Post over two weeks to deliver. I would have been happy to pay more for faster delivery (or given the option to pay for express delivery).
