Vivid AIMO illumination

AIMO is an illumination eco-system that reacts fluently to your usage and syncs with compatible devices to present vivid lighting scenarios. The Sense AIMO showcases the platform in all its glory with a bright RGB light guide. The guide is comprised of two programmable zones, making it so that colored light can be sent in two directions - for an amplified experience. Its powered by a discreet braided cable that can be detached. It also features a low-profile button which allows you to cycle through effects on the fly.

Top-tier cloth surface

The flexible cloth surface is machine stitched to provide fast speed with decisive control. It is expertly tailored with premium materials to give you precise tracking with a soft touch. Focused attention was given to the border area featuring the light guide. It was stitched with a specially chosen pattern to ensure absolutely no discomfort or irritation to your wrist during use. Rubberized non-slip backing

The back of a mousepad is typically it's most overlooked part - even though it's amongst its most important. Without a solid foundation your pad ends up slipping all over your desk, which is the last thing you want when you're in game. To prevent this issue the Sense AIMO's backing is comprised of a heavy-duty rubberized material with special non-slip properties. It keeps the pad locked in place even during fast-paced gaming action.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
