This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured, sold or certified by Roborock Technology Australia Pty Ltd which were purchased and used in Australia.
The warranty covered 12 months from the date of purchase of the product 24 months for S8 MaxV Ultra, S8 Pro Ultra, S7 Max Ultra, Q Revo Master, Q Revo MaxV, Q Revo, Q Revo S.
The benefits provided under this limited warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under Australian consumer law.
During the limited warranty period Roborock Technology Australia Pty Ltd will repair or replace, at its option, products that manifest defects in material or workmanship. To request warranty service within Australia you need to call 1800 413 621 or send an email to apply for a case number first; you can then return the faulty product to our service center.
