We will investigate your claim with Australia Post and endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.

Missing Items
If your order is not received after 2 weeks of being dispatched, please contact us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your parcel with Australia Post and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note, during busy peek periods such as Christmas please expect some delays in receiving your parcel.
