Revlon PhotoReady Rose Glow Hydrating and Illuminating Primer is a water-based primer infused with encapsulated oil beads, luminous quartz, and skin conditioning extracts for a dewy finish. Use to prep your skin for easy foundation application. Your skin will feel moisturized and radiant for up to 24 hours.

How to use: Place a few drops onto hands and rub to melt oil beads. Apply to face for illuminated skin. Wear alone or under any cream, liquid or powder foundation.
