Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Friday (after 12pm AEST), Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday in Australia will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return within 14-days of delivery, providing that:

Products are unopened, unused and in original condition with all packaging intact,
Proof of purchase is included, and
If products are purchased as a part of a package or promotion, all products included in the package or promotion must be returned to us in their original condition.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Valid returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.
