Shipping Details

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Our business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST and please note, we do not dispatch on Victorian public holidays.

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please or TNT Couriers depending on the shipping address, weight and size of your parcel. If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.
A warranty does not apply to any wear and tear on a product, crash damage or a product being operated outside it’s intended use.
