1. To mute the mic, you need to hold the mute button. Releasing the mute button un-mutes or activate the mic. When using an A10, the mic can also be muted by flipping up the mic boom.

2. This cable does NOT have a volume control wheel.

3. This cable is compatible only with Astro A10, A40 and A40 TR. This is not compatible with other headsets.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy

We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund for Change of mind within 14 days once item delivered. For Change of Mind order, applicable freight fees will be deducted from the refund and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.
