We dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Christmas/New Year: We'll be dispatching orders until COB 23/12/24, with a short pause for the holiday break. Dispatch will resume on 27/12/24. Please note that no orders will be processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays in Queensland.
Returns for damaged/faulty items: Please contact us for all damaged/faulty items. Oakey Electrical will send a replacement or issue a credit/refund only once the goods have been returned by the customer using the correct return method.
Any items returned without our knowledge and prior instruction will be assumed not returned. All manuals, accessories and packaging must be returned to us. Oakey Electrical will pay return postage for damgaged/faulty items only where the customer has contacted us and used the Australia Post Return Postage Label issued by us. We reserve the right to contact our manufactures for assessment of the product.
Change of mind returns: We accept change of mind returns only on the following terms;
- The goods are returned within 14 days of order being received (and contact made to us).
- The goods are in original, unopen, not used condition with all sales tags/seals unbroken. All manuals packaging and accessories must also be included.
- In a resalable condition.
- The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for all costs for return postage. The goods will only be refunded once the items are received and confirmed to be in resalable condition. The original cost of postage paid by the customer will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
