    How are exchanges processed online?

    If your online order is eligible for an exchange, we will

    refund any returned merchandise back to your original tender type. A new order

    will be created for the exchange request and will be charged to the original

    tender type. You will be notified of your new order number via email.

    How long will my online return take to process?

    Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will

    assess your item(s) to certify that it is in its original condition and is not

    an Excluded Item before your nominated refund or exchange is processed.

    This process including delivery times will take up to 30 days from date of
