How to use:
It is advisable to conduct an allergy test prior to using this product.
1Before starting the application
Remove contact lenses and clean the brow and or lashes area using an oil free makeup remover.
If tinting lashes, place a Refectocil Protection paper according to instructions on the pack.
2Mixing the tinting solution
Place 2cm of tint in the glass dappen dish with 10 drops of Refectocil Oxidant 3%/10vol Developer Liquid until it forms into a creamy paste.
3Applying the tint
Apply the paste onto the area you wish to tint with the following times, keeping in mind the longer the application time the more intense the colour:
Lashes – up o 10minutes
Brows – 5-10 minutes
4Removal
Remove tint using a cotton round that is soaked with water, you may need to do this 2-3 times until all the tint is removed.
It is recommended not to wet, apply makeup, use makeup remover or soap to the area tinted for 24 hours for best results.

Unfortunately, if the item is NOT in new condition, has been opened or used, we will not be able to provide a refund. The item will be returned to you after a re-delivery fee has been paid. Original Shipping fees will not be refunded.
When returning any item please repack the item carefully so that it reaches us safely.
We recommend only using shipping services that can be tracked and you retain tracking numbers in a safe place. We can not take responsibility for items lost during shipping

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or is damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us via your MyDeal Account and provide as much detail as possible regarding the fault and your original invoice number as well as any photos to show the issue.
Subject to Australian Consumer Law and depending on the Manufacturer's Warranty terms and conditions, the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item is to be replaced and it is no longer available, the original purchase value will be refunded.
If the item is to be repaired, we will provide details on how to return the item. In some cases the item will need to be returned to the Australian Distributor and you may be asked to return the item directly to the supplier. Shipping costs for repair items will require payment before items are returned to you. If you select to organise your own returns, we recommend that you only use services that can be tracked and you retain tracking numbers in a safe place. We can not take responsibility for items lost during shipping.
