The Reed Floor Lamp is a classy home decor that utilises two lights in one lamp to bring a cosy mood to a room whilst also providing direct light to help with reading and other tasks. It comes in three stylish colours of antique brass, black and satin chrome.
The lamp’s metal structure and solid circular base make for a stable floor lamp, whilst the bowl-shaped glass shade directs light towards the ceiling to deliver perfect ambient lighting when needed. Mid-way up the floor lamp, a spotlight stems out of the lamp’s frame and can be angled to suit with its flexible piping.

We are very happy to offer a 14 day money back guarantee to give you plenty of time to decide. If it’s not exactly what you want, or if it does not fulfil your needs, you can send it back - no matter what the reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
The products have to be returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included which they were received by you. We cannot accept order cancellations or returns on items that have been installed or used. Returns can only be accepted on products that are returned in exactly the same condition and packaging that they were sent out to you so that we can re-sell those items.
If the item is damaged in transit during the return delivery, we are not under any obligation to provide a refund. Therefore, please ensure that you take out the appropriate level of insurance when sending the items back to us.
We do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges. All returns must be issued with a return authority number before the customer returns the goods to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of arrival. We will not cover any damaged products after this duration. Provided our terms and conditions are satisfied, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase without any additional costs.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 2-7 business days
Last Friday (a week ago) we received our order. I think that this is a good product, which has good quality and good value for money. However, it is still in a box and we cannot put it together, as it is not complete. There is no a glass shade (see photo of the lamp with a red mark on it). I took a video when we opened this box and what is included, so I can prove. I was very busy during last week and didn't have a chance to contact you.
