


Red Oil Hair Re-Growth 100% Natural Oils

Directions: Massage Red Oil between your palms to create heat. Gently massage your scalp thoroughly and gently with a bit of pressure until hair and scalp is moist. Once your scalp and hair is fully covered, massage your scalp more for blood circulation. Comb your hair starting from the scalp and comb hair to ensure oil is evenly distributed on every strand.
Wavy/ Dry/ Brittle/ Curly Hair: Dampen hair with water before applying, leave a minimum of 2 hours and wash as usual.
Oily/ Fine Hair: Apply on dry hair, leave a minimum of 4 hours or longer if possible and wash as usual. Oil can be left in hair for up to 3 days as long as you top up with oil once scalp is dried.
Beard: Massage onto wet or dry beard and then comb through. Can be left on beard overnight or until your next shower.
Caution: If you choose to leave this oil in your hair overnight, place a sheet or clean cloth on your pillow to avoid oil stains.

If your parcel has not been delivered within the above timeframes, please contact us via your MyDeal Account so we can investigate the matter right away. Hair & Beauty Supplies is always happy to investigate delayed and missing deliveries, so please notify us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".
Warranty Claims:
Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.
Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
