In-stock items ordered before 9am weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 9am weekdays will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders made on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Bulky/Oversized Items
Flat rate and free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items i.e., large pet carriers. Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart and on product pages.
If your order contains a bulky item that has been excluded from our free shipping or capped price options, your order will be shipped by Australia Post with a cost based on the size, weight, and number of items you have ordered. Shipping costs for this service can only be viewed on the checkout page prior to placing your order
Incorrect Delivery Information & Re-delivery fees
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information at time of order placement. Where you have provided incorrect or incomplete information for your order, we respect the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each re-delivery attempt.
If you discover incorrect information has been provided after your order has been submitted, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via phone rather than email, as the email may not be seen in time before the goods are dispatched. Please be aware that, subject to the status of your order, we may not be able to amend your order in accordance with your request and additional charges may apply.

Public Holidays & Heavy Ordering Periods
Couriers do not work over public holidays, so please be prepared for possible delays to delivery times during Public Holidays. Delays should also be expected around heavy ordering periods like Christmas, and to a lesser extent Easter, as courier routes become congested. If you are ordering for a special event, our best advice would be to order early to minimise the risk of not getting an item delivered by your preferred time.

A tracking number will be sent to your nominated email once your order has despatched.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that change of mind returns the freight cost to return the item will be at your own cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund does not include the costs of return postage and any costs associated with the return of product for “change of mind” as it is at your cost. Please be aware that disputes after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
