This is a custom 6" filler baseplate for the RAM Mounts Tough-Box™ Consoles. It has an innovative tongue and groove feature that keeps the inside of the console free of contaminates as well as providing a rock solid system once installed into the RAM Tough-Box™ Console (see demonstration video below).
