This is a double u-bolt base that will fit any rail/bar from 0.75" (19.05mm) to 1.25" (31.75mm) in diameter. It has a "D" sized (2.25" diameter) ball and two stainless steel u-bolts.
Note: The "U" in the part number reflects product packaged in poly bag. This mount includes stainless steel u-bolts for preventing rust of the mount and black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt.
