How to use: Use the pencil to shade and fill in sparse areas. Then, with the precision brow liner create tiny hairlike strokes for depth and dimension. Use the spoolie to brush brows and blend. If using with the Quick Brow Lamination Gel, apply the Quick Brow Pencil & Liner duo as the final step in your brow routine. Store flat in a cool, dry place.
