The Quell® Worry-FreeTM range of alarms provide a total smoke and CO alarm solution for the home. Each smoke and CO detector is location specific, offering protection for bedrooms, living areas, kitchens and hallways. House fires develop in different ways and are often unpredictable. As smoke alarms have sensing limitations, it is recommended that both ionisation and photoelectric smoke alarms be installed to provide maximum detection of the various types of fires that can occur within the home. Ionisation sensing alarms may detect invisible fire particles (associated with fast flaming fires) sooner than photoelectric alarms. Photoelectric sensing alarms may detect visible fire particles (associated with slow smouldering fires) sooner than ionisation alarms. Quell Worry-Free carbon monoxide alarms are easy to install and suitable for all living areas.

Sealed-In lithium battery: Maintenance and hassle free with prevention from tampering and removal. The alarm is always on, with no battery replacement required for the 10 year life-span of the alarm
Peak level memory: Displays the highest CO concentrate measured since the last reset
Self activation: Alarm automatically activates when attached to the mounting bracket
Test/Reset button: Tests the alarm circuitry and horn. Resets memory after the alarm has sounded
LED indicators: Flashing green LED every 30 seconds indicates the unit is operating properly. Pulsing red LED with alarm indicates a dangerous level of carbon monoxide has been detected. Amber LED indicates the unit is in fault mode.
Deactivation switch: Disables the alarm to allow for safe battery disposal once the unit has reached the end of its 10-year life

Please note that delivery times can vary. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations.

We deliver Australia-wide, however some remote locations / islands are excluded.

Return Policy

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.

All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
