Quell’s range of smoke alarms provide a total smoke alarm solution for the home.

Photoelectric sensor. Advanced sensor that detects visible particles associated with smouldering fires.
Test button. Tests the alarm circuitry and horn.
LED indicator. Indicates standby, hush, alarm activation and low battery condition.
9V battery operated. Provides continuous fire protection even during power outage. 9v battery is included with the alarm.
Hush feature. Temporarily silences nuisance alarms.
10 year limited warranty. Provides peace of mind with a decade of smoke and fire detection.
Australian Standards approved. Complies with Australian Standard AS 3786:2014 incl. Amdt 1 and Activfire listed for quality assurance.

Please note that delivery times can vary. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations.

We deliver Australia-wide, however some remote locations / islands are excluded.

Return Policy

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.

All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
