Your LiFePO4 maintains steady voltage over the life-cycle of your battery, meaning nominal voltage is held over time so your devices work for longer and your battery doesn't need to be replaced frequently.

Our newly designed 12V 200Ah Lithium battery is built-in Grade A battery cells, with better performance and longer life , they're easy to store in a car or caravan on your next adventure.

IMPORTANT: While our LiFePO4 batteries are top-notch, it is not advisable to connect any LiFePO4 batteries in parallel or series.

What Are the Risks of Connecting Lithium Batteries in Series or Parallel?

Series connection of any battery is generally not recommended. This can cause "barrel effect" which results in the weakest cells dominating the battery, permanently damaging and reducing its lifespan.

Anything more than this can also impact your battery's overall health and performance.

Batteries may be damaged due to excessive cycling or overcharging.

It's better to go for batteries with higher voltage when running high-power electrical appliances instead of wiring two battery packs together.

Warranty Policy

Ozzie Energy offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Ozzie Energy warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ozzie Energy, we can offer solve solutions: repair the products, or provide replacement parts, or arrange a full replacement. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.

Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

We do our best to package the products to avoid mishandled or damaged in transit. However, should your item not function on arrival you are entitled to return the product to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement at your request. The item needs to be returned and inspected prior to the resolution being provided.

60 Day Returns Policy

Here at Ozzie Energy, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind about any of the products you purchase from us, simply contact us in writing within 60 days to be guided through getting a refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, in original and re-saleable condition. The original shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
