  • Very supportive, feels medium-firm (says springs are medium-firm on box) but states medium-soft in description on website, so need to buy a mattress topper to make it softer. It appears to have handles on the website, but not replicated in real life, they are sewn down fully. Shame the website description is not 100% accurate. But very good value for the price.
