If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date (in as-new condition, unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution, less any shipping costs. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Oricom, we will be unable to process a credit. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
