Clary sage essential oil is extracted from the leaves and flowers of Salvia sclaris. Clary Sage is known as one of the most soothing, balancing, and relaxing essential oil.

Clary Sage Oil is commonly mistaken for Sage Essential Oil also known as Common Sage (Salvia officinalis). While both oils belonging to the same family of evergreen shrubs, they are very different from each other. Clary Sage has a herbaceous, soft, sweet, floral, earthy aroma and the aroma of Sage is herbaceous, robust and sharp.
